Service Calls

There are three ways for you to get help from Makarios Consulting:

#1 – If you live or work in Archdale or High Point, we can come to you for FREE. If you are outside the immediate area, we can still come to you but would charge a service fee.*

#2 – You can bring your PC to us in High Point (many people choose to simply meet us at the church because it’s easy to find)

#3 – We can do some things over the phone. Fees vary, but are typically much less than we’d charge to do the work ourselves. Some things cannot be done over the phone because we must use specialized software to diagnose and fix the problem.

* depending on where you live, the service fee would be between $10 and $50 (we’ll travel anywhere but if you’d like us to come to Zimbabwe or Argentina, it will cost you a little more than $10). The service fee must be paid if we come to you, no exceptions.
