Payment Policies
Payment is expected at the time of service. If you would like to discuss a payment arrangement, please do so BEFORE we begin work.
We accept cash, personal checks, and PayPal.
We do not charge an “up front” fee for labor, however we do expect advance payment for all hardware (such as RAM or a new drive) that needs to be purchased. We generally will ask you to simply purchase the hardware online and have it shipped straight to you; when it arrives we will install it. That way you know exactly what you are paying for and getting!
Generally speaking, we will not charge you if we can’t fix your system (for example, if Windows won’t boot and you’d like us to try data recovery, but we discover the reason it won’t boot is due to hard disk failure and you elect not to fix it). However, if we came to your home or business, we may ask you to pay the service call.
